A place to declare his works
In 2024, our church adopted Vision 32, an eight-year vision strategy designed to help us prayerfully pursue God’s direction for the future. Vision 32 provides a comprehensive plan to strengthen our ministry effectiveness, expand our outreach, and prepare our church for the generations still to come. At the center of this vision is a new worship center and a long-term master plan for our facilities.
Why Now?
God has blessed First Ruston in extraordinary ways. Today, we currently hold four worship services each week because we are out of worship space. While we praise God for the growth He has given, we also recognize the urgency before us. If we delay, we risk limiting our ability to reach new people and minister effectively to those God is already bringing.

The Vision
This new worship center is being designed to serve both the church and the community for decades to come. With a flat-floor design, the facility will provide flexibility for worship gatherings, ministry events, conferences, community gatherings, and outreach opportunities.
The Impact
Over the course of this eight-year vision, we are praying and believing for:
- An average worship attendance of 2,200 people
- More than 1,000 baptisms
- $5 million given to missions and ministry causes beyond our church
Our Commitment
We recognize that a vision of this magnitude comes with challenges. Above all else, we want to remain fully surrendered to the will of God. Financial stewardship, spiritual unity, and wise leadership are all critical as we move forward.
